For over 8 years, I have extensively researched next-generation experiences and innovative products across multiple domains, including employee solutions, smart home technology, medical devices, race cars, and more. I have worked both in-house and agency, collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders across the globe to create globally adopted products and experiences.
I specialize in qualitative user research and design strategy, with a focus on understanding user needs and shaping physical and digital products and experiences that are both meaningful and effective.

At the same time, we aimed to simplify installation and maintenance for plumbers and technicians.
