How could I help improve the turnover rate for college community assistants (RA's)?

I pulled together a team of business majors to redefine the use of a mobile application;

Problem

52% turnover rate annually for Community Assistants in the Barrett, the Honors College housing division.

It’s hard to remember all the website address off the top of my head, especially when I’m on a walk and want to notify ACC (maintenance) of an issue.
Please, create a space where all the websites are easy to find and use. That would eliminate confusion and save time.

Guidebook was implemented as a prototype and free trial for the Barrett Community Assistants. The app was proven to increase transparency and improve communication overall.

The app is no longer being used due to my move to Cornell.
